We offer a 30 day no-question policy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your order meets these requirements we will be happy to provide a full refund (excluding shipping). If exchanging an item, customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges and will be invoiced accordingly.
After 30 days of purchase, send us an email and we will evaluate your return on a case by case basis.
Sales items are eligible for exchange for store credit only. Sale items must be received back to Kawartha Outdoor within 30 days of order date, and follow the same qualifications as returns on non-sale items (detailed above).

Most orders ship the following business day via USPS or UPS. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. Shipping charges vary based on the product, weight and delivery. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 48 hours to process.
After your order has been placed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. When order is processed and fulfilled you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your tracking status.
Kawartha Outdoor will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. We cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or shipping service interruptions.
International shipments take between 3-6 weeks to arrive. International customs processes vary from country to country and can add time to your shipment. Tracking information may be limited.
We have to charge sales tax in California because that is where we are a located. For those outside of California, we do not charge sales tax.
From time to time kawarthaoutdoor.com offers special discounts that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the code at checkout and click “Apply”. The discount will be applied to your order at checkout.
Unfortunately we are unable to combine (or stack) multiple coupons onto a single order. Each order can have only one coupon applied to it.
